I would like to invite everyone to our Fond du Lac gym on Saturday, January 7, 2012 for an Open House. Try a free class on us as our gift to you to start your new year!

Open House Schedule:
9:00am      Lil'dragons class ages 4 & 5.
9:45am      Tae Kwon Do class ages 6-11.
10:30am    Open Tae kwon Do class for adults ages 12 & up.
11:30am    Cardio Kickboxing fitness class ages 12 & up.

  Cardio kickboxing sessions are two days per week held at the Fond du Lac location on Tues. & Thurs. 7:10-8:00pm! Please call for 1-free class. 920-922-9401. Classes are only $10.00 per week.

Classes we have to offer:

*Lil'dragons for age 4-6.
*Beginners tae kwon do age 7-11.
*Advanced tae kwon do age 7-11.
*Adult tae kwon do / weapons age 12 and up.
*Cardio kickboxing age 12 and up.

All classes are instructed in a family type atmosphere showing respect to each other, encouragement, and support for each other, and we do have a class for every member of the family! Unlike sports, in martial arts, everyone participates, no one sits on the bench.

Master Benish's healthy vegetable recipe: ( Make this on Sunday and it will last you all week and then you will also be sure to eat your vegetables.)

1-cucumber cut up in small pieces
1-tomato cut up in small pieces
1/2 onion cut up
1-head of brocolli
1-head of cauliflower
1- 16oz bottle of Italian dressing marinade
Mix everything together in a 1-gallon container and refrigerate overnight. It will taste awesome!
